Co-founder
With over 25 years as a pharmacist spanning clinical, community, and leadership roles, Craig brings deep frontline insight into the complexities of healthcare delivery. A current Superintendent Pharmacist, he has led multidisciplinary teams and regulatory initiatives, combining operational rigour with a relentless drive for patient-centred innovation. His work focuses on reimagining how technology can solve real-world problems in medication safety and care continuity.

A practicing clinician for two decades, John is a recognised expert in quality improvement, human factors, clinical safety, and governance. As Product Lead and subject matter expert in digital health, he bridges clinical insight with agile development, shaping user-centric tools that embed safety and system intelligence from the ground up. His passion lies in building products that actually work—for clinicians, for systems, and for patients.
